We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (where applicable).

Payment must be received in full before we dispatch your order.

We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
5. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping rates are calculated for metropolitan areas, major cities, and major regional centers within Australia, excluding the Northern Territory and Western Australia. Deliveries to remote towns or regional locations may incur an additional remote area surcharge, which is not included in the shipping rate displayed at checkout. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly to provide the updated shipping cost before dispatch.

Please note that we currently do not ship to the Northern Territory or Western Australia through our standard checkout. For orders to these locations, kindly email us at orders@untinto.com.au, and we will provide you with a tailored shipping rate.

Delivery times provided are estimates only, while we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
6. Refunds & Returns

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to this policy.

If your coffee is faulty, spoiled, misdescribed, or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a replacement or credit. Please contact us at suport@untinto.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and photos if available. We will assess your claim and let you know the next steps.

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we generally cannot accept returns for: Change your mind, Ordered the wrong grind size or quantity, or Decide you don’t like the flavour or taste.

Refunds will only be issued where required under the ACL (e.g., if there is a major failure).

Shipping surcharges or delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by law. If the issue is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover any return shipping costs (if applicable).
7. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to recurring deliveries, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on the agreed schedule.

You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time (subject to the terms on our website).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding remain our property or is used under licence. You may not use, copy, or distribute it without permission.
